Refund & exchange policy

We only accept refunds / exchanges for regular priced items on a case-by-case basis, we will not entertain returns / exchanges without a reasonable claim and we hope for your kind understanding regarding this issue.

If you decide to exchange the item, you can exchange your recent purchase for a similar or higher valued item within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.

If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$). Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.

Any refund that goes through a 3rd party merchant i.e. VISA/ MASTER/ DINERS/ GRABPAY will have card charges deductions applied accordingly. This is subject to the 3rd party merchant charges and the difference will not be borne by Watch Club Pte Ltd.

Write in to us at sales@watchclub.com.sg before proceeding with sending the package to us. State your order ID and item/s to be delivered. Failure to do so may result in rejection of returns.

Returns have to mailed via traceable couriers such as SingPost SmartPac or Singapore Registered Mail, and have to reach us within 7 calendar days (for local orders) and 14 calendar days (for international orders) upon date of dispatch. Postage cost for all returns will be borne by the customers. Watch Club Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss mails in transit due to normal postage.

In order to be eligible for a refund / exchange, you have to initiate a return / exchange to our store within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the refund / exchange after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund / exchange.
