Shipping policy

Standard delivery
Standard delivery within Singapore is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders arrive in 2–3 working days, with a tracking reference. Clocks go by same-day delivery only; see Clocks below.

Same-day delivery
Order before 3pm for same-day delivery. It's free on orders of S$500 or more, and S$20 below that. After you order, we'll send you a text message to confirm you're happy for us to deliver that day. Please look out for it and reply so we can arrange your delivery. Same-day delivery covers all of Singapore except restricted areas without public access. Orders received after 3pm are sent the next day.

Preorders [P]
Items marked [P] are preorders. Once they arrive, we deliver them same-day for free, whatever the order value. You can also collect them from our store at Singapore Post Centre instead. They usually arrive in about 3 working days, or about 7 working days for Titoni.

Clocks
Standard delivery isn't available for clocks. In-stock clocks go by same-day delivery only, or you can collect them from our store in 2 hours.

Store pickup
Items in stock and not marked [P], including clocks, are ready for pickup in 2 hours at Watch Club, 10 Eunos Road 8, #B1-111 Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600. We're open daily, 11am–9pm.

Later delivery
If you'll be away, ask us to arrange delivery on a later date.

Delivery outside Singapore
International delivery is currently paused. When it's available, delivery times vary with customs, and charges depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Please WhatsApp or email us to ask about delivery outside Singapore.
